x.project AG expands marketing and sales/development teams

German real estate services provider x.project AG has expanded its marketing and sales/development departments with two new appointments.

With a degree in advertising, Maximilian Craemer, takes over as marketing manager while continuing to expand sales support and communication.

Previously he was a marketing manager for an architecture firm, project manager for an event agency and a campaign and IR manager for a crowd-investing company.

Jonas Dehnbostel will be tasked with sales and the development of the new x.DD platform, which brings together all technical aspects of real estate management regarding maintenance, sales and acquirement and project development.

He will also be responsible for the integration of new products into operational processes and for part of the portfolio for the technical asset management of nursing homes for the elderly.

Holger Weber, board member and founder of x.project AG, said: ‘Maximilian Craemer will drive our sales and communication forward with a new perspective due to his broad range of experience in various industries. Jonas Dehnbostel already brings a lot of experience and also passion for his area of responsibility, as he was already actively involved in projects in the areas of TDD and monitoring during his studies.’

During his civil engineering studies at the TU Darmstadt, Dehnbostel worked as a student trainee in the areas of technical due diligence (TDD) and monitoring.

He is currently studying "Technical Real Estate Management" as a part-time Master's programme at the Mainz University of Applied Sciences.
