Cushman & Wakefield has announced the leasing of 10,400 m[sup]2[/sup] of warehousing and office space in Prologis' Park Nadarzyn centre in Poland to VTS, a leading producer of ventilation and air-conditioning units.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
