Union Investment buys Vienna office building

Germany's Union Investment said on Thursday that it has bought the Solaris office building in Vienna for an undisclosed amount. Austrian property developer S + B Gruppe sold the building which provides 9,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of space and is located in the St. Marx district of Vienna. The property is earmarked for the UniImmo: Deutschland investment vehicle. Union Investment said that the property is 90%-let and that it has a three-year rental guarantee from the seller for the remaining 10%. CB Richard Ellis advised the buyer.
