Unibail-Rodamco, Europe's largest listed property group, has reported a higher than expected increase in revenues to EUR 1.2 bn so far in 2011, up 1.9% on the previous year.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
