Unibail-Rodamco, the largest listed property group in Europe, has issued a EUR 500 mln bond to strengthen its liquidity. The issuance was four times oversubscribed, the order book reaching over EUR 2 bn.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
