Hungarian real estate developer Trigranit has put its flagship Bonarka shopping centre on the market. The scheme located in the Polish city of Krakow is said to be worth some EUR 200 mln. According to market sources, the company is looking to sell the entire or a part of its interest in the major shopping centre. 'They will not necessarily sell all of it,' a source says.
Ares, Coima and MEAG are three investors which have closed multiple acquisitions in the last few weeks.
