Thackeray Group, the real estate investment, development and asset management company owned by Antony Alberti and Brett Palos, has put the Assembly Rooms office development in Putney, UK on the market at a price of more than £30 mln (€36 mln) after fully letting it.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
