Swedish listed property company Kungsleden said it has appointed Carl Rosen to its election committee to represent shareholder the Second AP (National Pension) Fund. His appointment follows the fund's recent disclosure that it now owns 5.1% of the shares and equity of Kungsleden, making it the largest single investor in the property group.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
