Sonae Sierra and the Mall Group inaugurated El Rosal shopping and leisure centre in Spain on Monday. The development located in Ponferrada in the province of Leon represents an investment of EUR 111 mln. The mall opens its doors to the public on 23 October.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
