Skanska has been awarded the contract to build Heron Tower in the City of London. The Swedish construction company was picked for the EUR 167 mln project by the trustees of the Heron Tower Property Unit Trust.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
