Danish real estate firm Sjælsø Gruppen has signed an agreement to sell an existing office property at Linde Allé in Nærum and a new REMA 1000 retail centre in TV-Byen, both in Denmark, to the property arm of Copenhagen-based M. Goldschmidt Holding. Under the agreement, Sjaelso is to acquire a commercial site at Trollesminde Erhvervspark in Hillerod from a fully owned company in the M. Goldschmidt Group.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
