Branded business parks specialist Sirius Real Estate has completed on four previously announced notarised acquisitions in Germany and the UK, totalling over €100 mln in aggregate.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
