New entrants to the UK property lending market in the past 12 months include Aldermore, Bank of China, BSI, M&G, Royal Bank of Canada, Standard Bank and Unity Bank. That is one of the key findings of Savills' annual Financing Property presentation held this week in the City of London. The newcomers are primarily interested in smaller lot sizes, Savills said.
Ares, Coima and MEAG are three investors which have closed multiple acquisitions in the last few weeks.
