Sareb puts €100m Spanish beach & golf resort up for sale

Broker CBRE recruited to market the site which provides development potential for 400 homes in Mojácar, Almería in Southern Spain.

Spanish bad bank Sareb has hired CBRE to sell the Playa Macenas Beach & Golf Resort development worth around €100 mln.

Located in Mojácar, Almería in Southern Spain, the project was launched in 2006 by Med Macenas and left only partially developed after its owner filed for administration. The property includes a beach club, a 18-hole golf course, a plot of land to build a five-star hotel and about 400 homes, of which 180 are currently under construction.
