French SIIC Société de la Tour Eiffel (STE) said last week that developer Cibex has delivered its 11,800 m[sup]2[/sup] Viseo office complex. The building, which is located in Montbonnot, a decentralized science park north of Grenoble, will now be occupied by Schneider Electric Industries, Eaton, Thales and Tiempo. Some 55% of the property is leased at present, but STE said that further negotiations are at an advanced stage. Full occupancy is expected by the end of the year, the company said in a statement.
