Rockspring Property Investment Managers has acquired Ferio Shopping Centre in Konin, Poland from Raiffeisen Evolution for EUR 47 mln on behalf of its TransEuropean Property Limited Partnership IV.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
