Italian developer Risanamento has extended the final date for receiving a binding offer from an investor consortium led by businessman Stefano Stroppiana on Milan's Santa Giulia until December 15.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
