The UK's Packaged Living and Aviva Investors have completed a deal to forward-fund the creation of 174 new homes in Bordon, Hampshire with a GDV of around £60 mln (€70 mln).
Empira Group, the €9bn AUM Swiss-based real estate investment company, has raised over $120 mln so far towards a $600 mln (€558 mln) fund target for a US vehicle.
