Canadian pension investment manager PSP Investments has joined forces with US industrial specialist Brige Industrial to build up a £1 bn (€1.15 bn) last-mile logistics portfolio in Greater London and the UK.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
