There has been a significant shift in office occupiers' preference to lease space rather than buy since 2005, according to a survey by property advisers Colliers International. The 2007 survey of EMEA office and business parks occupiers also found an increase in Wi Fi use, a decrease in desk occupancy rates and a move towards occupiers looking for naturally ventilated buildings with green energy solutions.
