Real estate private equity firm Northwood Investors has inked a deal to acquire a 608,000 ft2 (65,485 m2), five-asset, pan-UK industrial portfolio from a joint venture between Chancerygate and Hines.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
