Nordic investors to double investments in Germany

Investors from the Nordic countries are expected to spend some EUR 4 bn on German property in 2007, almost double the amount invested in 2006, property magazine Immobilien Zeiitung reported on Monday, quoting leading Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling. Earlier this year, the firm put investment volumes for this year at just over EUR 2 bn.
