European outlet centre operator Neinver has announced the opening of the Futura Park shopping scheme in Krakow, Poland's second-largest city. The centre, which welcomed a total of 28,000 visitors on its first day of trading, consists of a retail park and a factory outlet centre, with a total GLA of 44,000 m[sup]2[/sup] including 140 shops and more than 1,200 parking spaces.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
