Amsterdam-based residential developer Nanette has signed a final agreement through subsidiaries to purchase 45,000 m[sup]2[/sup] in Laniste, a suburb in the Croatian capital Zagreb. Nanette plans to build 1,300 apartments, with a total developed area of 90,000 m[sup]2[/sup]. The investment volume will be about EUR 98 mln, and sales are estimated at EUR 130 mln. This is Nanette's second project in Zagreb.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
