Portuguese retail group Mundicenter said that its new Arena shopping centre opened its doors this week in Torres Vedras. The company spent more than EUR 42 mln to develop the three-storey mall. The Arena centre provides about 90 retail units, 15 restaurants, a health club as well a five-screen cinema and a 4,650 m[sup]2[/sup] Auchan supermarket. Arena has a retail floor area of 17,500 m[sup]2[/sup] and includes 1,100 parking spaces. Major tenants are brands such as Sport Zone, Box and Berska.
