Multi Development has announced that the last phase of its I Petali di Reggio shopping centre has opened. This phase includes six brands from the Inditex group, together with other national and international retailers. The 28,500 m[sup]2[/sup] mall will introduce totally brands into the Northern Italian city of Reggio Emilia, such as Zara, Zara Home, Berskha, Oysho, Pull&Bear and Stradivarius.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
