Visitors to next year's Mapic retail real estate trade fair in Cannes will be able to avail of a new retail development on the Boulevard de la Croisette. Work on the new 2,200 m[sup]2[/sup] Miramar shopping centre, between the Carlton and the Martinez, began on the second day of Mapic 2006.
