Specialist property lender Leumi UK has provided Cinnamon Care Homes with a £19.5 mln (€23 mln) facility to refinance the development of Lakeview Grange a 51-bed care home in Chichester, West Sussex, in the UK, and Heathland House a 66-bed care home located in Ferndown, Dorset.
Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM’s) managed fund has acquired Tesco Yarrow Road Poole from clients of abrdn for £46.1 mln (€54 mln).
