Land Securities has announced a number of key appointments to its London Portfolio management team. Scott Parsons has been appointed to the new post of Property Director with responsibility for Investment Management, Asset Management and Property Management. He joins the London Portfolio Executive Committee and will report to Robert Noel, Managing Director, London Portfolio.
