Knight Frank has announced the opening of a new office in Barcelona. The office will be headed by Alfredo Pérez Pons, a former executive partner at Capital Dinamyc. The new office will initially boast a team of four people and will offer property related services ranging from marketing to real estate strategies and property management.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
