Kata Mazsaroff has joined Colliers in Hungary as the new managing director, taking over from Tim Hulzebos who held the position for 12 years.
Mazsaroff previously worked at Colliers from 2007 to 2020, during which time she established the Occupier Services business line. Under her supervision, the department managed 250,000 m2 of projects for around €300 mln lease value.
Mazsaroff's professional experience includes stints at Hungarian property developer Horizon Development and Skanska Commercial Development, where she was responsible for leasing and asset management covering the Hungarian and Romanian markets.
