The Northern Ireland Investment Fund (NIIF) managed by CBRE’s Lending team, has provided a £28 mln (€33 mln) development finance loan to JMK to facilitate the development of the Hamilton Dock Hotel site, within Belfast’s Titanic Quarter.
Empira Group, the €9bn AUM Swiss-based real estate investment company, has raised over $120 mln so far towards a $600 mln (€558 mln) fund target for a US vehicle.
