Two leading property figures have established a new investment management company to take advantage of the 'exciting and profitable opportunities' in the European real estate market. Internos Real Investors is the brainchild of Andrew Thornton, former chief operating officer of Invesco Real Estate Europe, and Jos Short, who was CEO of Pramerica real estate private equity for seven years.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
