Pension Insurance Corporation (Pic), an insurer of defined benefit pension funds, has agreed the £267.6 mln (€305 mln) purchase of 2 Ruskin Square in Croydon, from the Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund (SCREF).
Irish hotel operator Dalata Hotel Group has purchased the Apex Hotel London Wall for £53.4 mln (€62.1 mln) from Apex Hotels Limited, the owner of the long leasehold interest, with 107 years remaining.
