Infraserv Hochst is to develop a clean power plant in the Industriepark Hochst in Frankfurt, Germany, the company announced at the EXPO REAL congress on Tuesday. The waste-to-energy facility will be the largest of its kind in Germany and will account for an investment of roughly EUR 300 mln. The facility is projected to come on stream in late 2008.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
