DnA, a partnership between housing corporation Domijn and developer AM Vastgoedontwikkeling, has reached agreement with ING REIM on the sale of the Sterrenhof shopping centre project in the Twekkelerveld district of Enschede, the Netherlands. Under the deal, the joint venture will develop a total of 7,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail space, of which 5,000 m[sup]2[/sup] has already been let to retailers Zeeman, Albert Heijn, Lidl among others.
