UK REIT Hammerson is in talks to sell its 40% stake in Value Retail, a luxury shopping outlet owner and operator, for a volume in the region of £1 bn (€1 bn) according to sources close to the firm.
Empira Group, the €9bn AUM Swiss-based real estate investment company, has raised over $120 mln so far towards a $600 mln (€558 mln) fund target for a US vehicle.
