Dick Gort has been appointed CEO of ASR Real Estate Development, the property development company of Dutch insurer ASR, as of 1 September. He succeeds Foppe Kooistra, who retired on 1 July.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
