French real estate player Gecina has added a 31,000 m[sup]2[/sup] logistics warehouse to its portfolio. Located in the Ecopôle logistics park in Saint-Martin de Crau, southern France, the warehouse strengthens the company’s position on the strategic Lille-Paris-Lyons-Marseille route. Carried out as a sale-and-leaseback operation with Maisons du Monde, the property increases Gecina's logistics portfolio to over 777,000 m[sup]2[/sup] with an additional 433,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of development projects throughout France.
