German listed housing group Gagfah has signed an exclusive agreement to sell a residential real estate portfolio of about 4,800 apartments in Berlin to with GSW Immobilien.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
