Central European real estate developer Futureal has announced the launch of Futureal Investment Partners, a real estate investment and asset management business that will focus on value-add and opportunistic investments across Europe.
A 4-acre, freehold site at Kings Cross in the capital’s Knowledge Quarter is expected to attract international interest.
