Netherlands-based developer Foruminvest has launched a conceptual design team called Forum Concept & Design. The team is led by Brian King and Remco Osorió Lobato who previously worked for the conceptual design bureau CConcept in The Hague. Both King en Lobato have many years of experience in the conceptual design of shopping centres and related city-centre and real estate developments.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
