Portugal is to host its first International Office & Retail real estate fair from November 22 to 26. The fair - Salão Internacional de Serviços, Mobiliário, Equipamentos para Escritórios e Espaços Comerciais in Portuguese - is being held in pavilion four in the International Fair (FIL) centre at the Parque des Nações in Lisbon. Some 200 exhibitors, including major companies in the office & retail sector, will fill the 10,000 m[sup]2[/sup] exposition area, while property professionals will discuss the important issues of the day at seminars and workshops. The FIL organisation anticipates around 30,000 visitors, as it says the event fills a gap in the national fair market.
