Foncière des Régions (FdR) is buying the future headquarters of Eiffage Construction just a few days after announcing the sale of a 25% stake in the CB21 tower to a French insurance company.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
