Germany's ECE Projektmanagement is in due diligence to acquire the Megalò shopping centre in the central Italian city of Chieti from SEB Asset Management, PropertyEU has learned. A source close to the negotiations process confirmed on Tuesday that the company is in advanced talks to buy the shopping centre in what would be the first move by the German retail specialist in the country.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
