German fund manager Deka Immobilien said on Tuesday that it has reached an agreement to rent out its Poseidon office project in Frankfurt's largest single leasing deal of 2010.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
