A $600 mln (EUR 434 mln) short-break holiday resort aimed at Russian professionals has been launched at EXPO REAL today. The DancingGreen project, planned for completion in 2012, and occupying 280 hectares in Russia’s Tula Oblast, is a joint venture between architects Foster + Partners, investment and development company Eurasia Country Format, and civil engineering firm PACE.
As Ares completed a €325 mln French logistics acquisition from Blackstone, another French portfolio came onto the market.
