Clarion Partners Europe announced on Thursday that it has held the final closing of its core-plus, closed-end UK logistics fund, exceeding its capital-raising target, with £427 mln (€496 mln) of equity commitments.
Empira Group, the €9bn AUM Swiss-based real estate investment company, has raised over $120 mln so far towards a $600 mln (€558 mln) fund target for a US vehicle.
