Nordic-listed retail property specialist Citycon has secured a SEK 1.02 bn (€89.5 mln) fixed-rate green term loan from pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale (Helaba).
