Finnish retail property manager Citycon said it will buy a 50% share in property management company Espagalleria from Palace Kamp Group. It has also assumed responsibility for the commercial management, including the leasing of retail premises, and marketing of Kamp Galleria, a shopping centre in the heart of Helsinki. The mall is the first retail asset Citycon will manage for an external partner.
The Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, Italy has been sold to UAE-based real estate company Emaar Properties, owner of renowned buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
